VITIS TERRARUM SYRAH

This is the third wine of high expression of the winery, in this case it is made from a variety (Syrah 100%) originated in Middle East and has produced such remarkable  wines in cold lands as Ródano (France)  or in Australia. Now it is cultivated by Vitis Terrarum in similar conditions to their original climatology (dry climate, high temperatures and plenty of light). For which reasons it acquires originals and different characteristics. Thanks to a care production it gets all the Syrah variety character maximized by the complexity of ageing 12 months in American oak casks and one year in bottle.

Cherry red in colour, spicy to the tongue, fruity, fresh and balanced to the palate, this Syrah will combine with red meats, strong cheeses, foies, cold meats baked or grilled fish and Mediterranean stews.
