PRIVILEGED SITUATION
The Vitis Terrarum terroirs are located in the heart of the Route Cervantine.
The elected place is a strip of privileged ground of the Castilian plateau, situated on left bank of the Záncara river, between the municipalities of Arenales de San Gregorio and Tomelloso (Ciudad Real).
This area, of pale red colour, presents a specific climatological conditions (continental, temperatures between-15ºC and 45ºC, rainfall of 300-400 mm and with an average of 2500 annual hours of the sun) and special edafológy conditions essential for the cultivation of the best vine.
The terroirs, positioned at 650 m above sea level of the Tempranillo variety,Cabernet sauvignon and Syrah.
