GRAPE HARVEST
In the two terroirs of Vitis Terrarum, the grape harvest is manually realized at the ideal moment of the maturation of the grapes, this precise moment is determined by intuition, as well as by technical factors. (Color, grade of sugar, level of acidity, pH, etc.)
The harvesting of different varieties is generally in the second fortnight of August and each harvest takes one day. The bunches of chosen grapes are then transported in boxes, with a capacity of 15 kilos. They arrive minutes later to the handmade winery.
