VITIS TERRARUM TEMPRANILLO

The first single grape (100 % tempranillo) of Vitis Terrarum is a red wine of crianza, high expression and international style, it comes from a unique terroir and biodynamic cultivation. It is protected by the denomination Vinos de la Tierra de Castilla. It is a seductive wine that he bets for the old vineyards cultivated in a unique terroir and for a careful vilification, an ageing of twelve months in the casks, of French oak from the forest of Allier, and one more year in bottle. The wine combines structure and complexity.

This is an extraordinary, select wine, striking in personality, of very limited production which should ideally accompany red meats and game, foies and pates, Mediterranean stews. It also matches well with grilled or baked fish.
