VITIS TERRARUM TEMPRANILLO CABERNET SAUVIGNON

Character is the word which best describes the first multi grapes of  Vitis Terrarum.It is 2003 vintage, received to the denomination Vinos de la Tierra de Castilla. It is a red wine of crianza and high expression, and a product of terroir of biodynamic cultivation. It is at tempranillo grapes (90 %) and cabernet sauvignon (10 %). With ageing in French and American oak cask for one year and a further twelve months in the bottle.

We will discover on the palate as full bodied, rich and intense, lingering in its passage and ideally should accompany red meats, game and grilled or baked fish.
